Casuals enrolments per hour: $7
* This charge reflects the cost of providing quality meals to children present during lunch time.
Booking fees are charged for absences at $3.63 per hour enrolled. No charge for 3 & 4 year old attestated hours.
The minimum number of hours a child can be enrolled per week is 12.
Fee payment and Administration Guidelines
For security reasons all payments must be made by automatic payment or online banking. Payments for extra hours attended above the regular weekly fees may be made by EFTPOS.
WINZ subsidies are available to all families whose income is below the required level.
The hours your child is booked for are the hours you will be charged. Later departures will be charged at the hourly rate. A late fee may be charged for departures after the centre closing time of 5.15 p.m. This is $10 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
Permanent change of hours requires a new change of hours form to be completed, signed and dated.
Free ECE hours are allocated as per signed attestation forms (Maximum 6 hours per day).
Changing hours more than once per 2 months will incur a $10 administration fee.
If fees overdue are equivalent to more than two weeks of regular fees, you will be given notice and the enrolment will be terminated. If you wish to pay fortnightly or monthly, then you must pay the relevant portion in advance.

WINZ Subsidies
Subsidies are available through WINZ. These are completely income based.
You qualify if you have:

1 child and your gross weekly income is under $1486

2 children and your gross weekly income is under $1698
-
3 children and your gross weekly income is under $1910
There are three levels of WINZ subsidies:
Rate 1 - $1.40 per hour
Rate 2 - $2.52 per hour
Rate 3 - $3.63 per hour
