The Middle house teachers prepare the environment with free play in mind to ensure the children are able to utilise the equipment according to their own needs and interests, and chose their own play.
The children are able to choose from a range of prepared activities or they can access all other centre equipment.
In addition to our centres activities we also get out and about to explore our wider community. Sometimes we take the children for an excursion to the park, to the beach, or down to the local shopping centre. The children get a lot of enjoyment from excursions outside the centre. We endeavour to reinforce links with the children’s home environment and show the child that we do similar things at ABC EDUCARE.
